Free Sports Physicals

Free sports physicals will be provided by Neighborhood Family Clinics, at our La Crosse location only, on the following date:

• Saturday August 9th, from 1:00pm-3:00pm

We will not be taking appointments for these physicals. They will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

IMPORTANT:  Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
