Neighborhood Family Clinics now offer virtual Telemedicine appointments. These virtual appointments are generally available during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Appointments may also be available on Saturdays & Sundays, from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
See below for important additional information:
What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is an alternative to coming into the clinic for an appointment. Instead, our health care providers will work with you via phone call and/or the Internet, so that you can receive the assistance you need, right from your home or office.
Do I need any special software to have a Telemedicine appointment?
If you have a computer or tablet or smartphone, we will give you a website to go to, so you can enter your provider’s “waiting room”. So, as long as your computer / tablet / smartphone can go to websites, you should have everything you need.
If you do NOT have a computer, tablet or smartphone, then we can still have an appointment with you by talking over the phone.
$39 for established patients. New patients will need to be seen at the clinic.
How to request a Telemedicine appointment:
If you are interested in a Virtual Telemedicine appointment, please call the La Crosse Clinic at (608) 781-9880 and leave a voicemail with your name, date of birth & a phone number where you can be reached. We will call you back to schedule an appointment.
